Otr Drivers.. Check in at guard shack and provide order last 4 digits. Guard will hand you a map of the drop yard. Go to the next gate take a left to the drop yard. Drop empty trailer in assigned spot#. Pick up loaded trailer in assigned at spot#. Take a right at the gate to exit. If at night different exit.
Hi I was here like two hours before app. Security guy at gate it’s 10 stars. They give me dock in 5 min, start loading in 10 min. In out 45-60 min. Very good job guys keep going. Ps, use address 330 midland pl it get you right in front off gate. Thanks.
Security were actually pleasant. I was supposed to be a drop/hook but they didn't have an empty so I had to be loaded. Loaders were also pretty cool and only took about 15 minutes to load me. This place is in a busy area but they put up signs to make navigating to the entrance much easier.
The navigation will bring you right to them. They sent me off-site to get loaded. They give you very detailed instructions to the next place. My appointment was at 1p.m. I got there at 12:15p.m. The facility goes to lunch at 12p.m.- 1p.m. Everyone from the 1st building to the 2nd was very nice. They loaded me very quickly. I was loaded 43,000 in less than an hour. They have a bathroom at the off-site location. Nothinh bad to say at all here.
Got here 3 hours before my appointment time and got a door straight away. Was loaded within 30 mins.
Using the right address wasn’t a good idea. But I used a different address to Drop and Hook up trailer, I got in the right place easily by using the address mentioned at the end. At almost the end of the Destination, there is a sign directed to where the truck entrance is. The following address was what I used. Hydra LLC 330 Midland Pl Lexington, KY 40505
I give this one a 5 star because the in was smooth and the guy working was helpful humorous and pleasant. Truly, folks the best address is the 330 Midland Pl you can't miss it. In/Out more should be this way. Most Smucker locations are challenging they are not where there building is and they can be very, very slow in loaded or getting a preloaded trailer. But this place was simple. Thanks a lot.
Very fast unload, if you can blind side then thats great, but enough room to driver side. Receiver ( Brian ),is a great guy and fast unloading, very professional. I got unloaded in the morning 4/8/24, 8:30 am
